  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is free for all UK orders.
    • Other paid options are available at checkout for selected countries if you require your item to be delivered to you more quickly.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    • Orders are dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours after purchase. Delivery to the UK can take 2-3 Business days, Next day delivery is also available.

    • How do I track my order?
      • Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.
      • If you have placed an order, you can be sure that it is shipped.

    • I am trying to purchase, but it keeps declining my card why?
      • Is your card eligible to make on-line purchases?
      • Do you have enough money in the account attached to the card?
      • Are you entering the correct details i.e. billing address and CVC?
      • If not, there is your reason.
      • If yes, it is most likely your bank blocking the transaction, due to you having never purchased from us before. Simply call your bank and advise them to unblock transactions for Bvali and you should be able to continue.
